Atom-of-Thought Prompt When you have a messy or complex idea you need broken into clear parts.
Intent Confirmation When you want the AI to say back what it thinks you’re trying to do.
Co-Design Loop When you want to build something collaboratively, step-by-step.
Mirror Reflection Prompt When you want a summary of where you are and what matters most so far.

Acronym Breakdown:

  • M – Define the Method being used
  • A – List and challenge Assumptions
  • R – Lay out the Reasoning path
  • S – Describe the exact Steps to take
Purpose: To force clear reasoning from the AI before it generates content. Designed for debugging, logic, and high-stakes tasks.
Use Case: Use when you need the AI to think before it talksβ€”such as writing code, solving a technical problem, or evaluating complex logic.
Can Combine With: GROW (for high-level context), Critic (for review).

5. VIBE

Full Name: Voice, Intention, Brand, Energy
Acronym Breakdown:

  • V – Establish Voice and vocabulary
  • I – Clarify Intention or emotional tone
  • B – Ensure Brand alignment
  • E – Tune the Energy or mood of the output
Purpose: To tune the tone and emotional quality of output. Helps the AI capture the intended vibe of the work.
Use Case: Use in early drafts, visual concept exploration, product names, or mood-sensitive writing.
Can Combine With: HOOK, ALIGN, or MIRROR.

6. MIRROR

Full Name: Reflective Loop Prompt
Acronym Breakdown:

  • M – Mirror user perspective without distortion
  • I – Identify emotional tone and internal signals
  • R – Reflect back patterns and framing
  • R – Reorient gently toward clarity
  • O – Offer honest insight without judgment
  • R – Reinforce alignment with self or goal
Purpose: To reflect the user’s emotional or strategic state back to them with clarity and non-judgment.
Use Case: Use for emotional clarity, reviewing sessions, or checking personal tone.
Can Combine With: GROW, ALIGN, and Critic.

7. Critic

Full Name: Critical Review Loop
Acronym Breakdown:

  • C – Challenge assumptions
  • R – Review logic and coherence
  • I – Identify inconsistencies
  • T – Test against goals and context
  • I – Improve clarity and tone
  • C – Clarify next steps or fixes
Purpose: To evaluate and refine output by acting as an external reviewer or editor.
Use Case: Use post-draft or after idea generation to improve logic, tone, clarity, or completeness.
Can Combine With: Any prompt that generates content (HOOK, VIBE , GROW, etc.).

8. Builder

Full Name: Iterative Creation Prompt
Acronym Breakdown:

  • B – Break into parts
  • U – Unfold step-by-step
  • I – Iterate with feedback
  • L – Link components cohesively
  • D – Draft, test, refine
  • E – Evaluate progress continually
  • R – Resolve and polish output
Purpose: To progressively build and refine complex outputs through back-and-forth interaction.
Use Case: Best for code, documents, or layered design projects. Used during active co-creation.
Can Combine With: ALIGN, CRITIC, MARS .
